S$100 deposit amount per person is required to secure your reservations on Valentine’s Day (14 February), Christmas Eve (24 December), Christmas Day (25 December) and New Year’s Eve (31 December).

S$50 deposit amount per person is required to secure your reservation for any other dates.
Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore Reservation Team will acknowledge and reconfirm your reservation via email / phone call (for local number).

Kindly note that deposit payment without acknowledgement email does not serve as a confirmation for your dining reservation.

1. Deposit Requirement
A deposit is required to secure your reservation on Valentine’s Day (14 February), Christmas Eve (24 December), Christmas Day (25 December) , New Year’s Eve (31 December) and New Year’s Day(1 Jan). The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and will be applied toward your final bill on the day of dining.

2. Payment Methods
Deposits may be made via Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, UnionPay, and Discover & Diners Club).

3. Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed only upon successful receipt of the full deposit.
We reserve the right to release any unconfirmed reservations without prior notice.

4. Deposit Refund and Credit Policy
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
However, any unused deposit will be retained as dine-in credit, valid for use within six (6) months from the date of deposit.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the reservation date may be eligible for conversion into dine-in credits to be utilised within 30 days of original reservation date.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation date will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.

No-shows will result in complete forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Amendments to Reservation
Requests to change the date, time, or party size must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Amendments made outside of this window may be treated as cancellations.

7. Late Arrivals
Please notify us if you expect to arrive late.
We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your reserved time. After this grace period, your reservation may be released and your deposit forfeited.

8. Special Requests
We are happy to accommodate special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, seating preferences) where possible. However, all requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or failures to fulfill reservations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or other unforeseen events.

10. Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reservation at our sole discretion, particularly in the event of any violation of these terms and conditions.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By placing a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
